The holiday home VILLA IRMA in Rethymnon house is located in a quite and peaceful area of the village of Pigi near Rethymnon. It is great for families and holiday makers who want their privacy, as well as being very close to some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nightlife, romantic restaurants and attractive marketplaces of Rethymno and Hania cities are also available within a short distance.
Holiday home VILLA IRMA (120 m2) is build in modern style on 1.000 m2 own ground. It has a large garden with a swimming pool of 23 sqm and is situated close to the historic Byzantine church of Agios Dimitrios. Visitors get the tranquility of the Countryside but also the convenience of being very close to the busy life of the Cretan cities.

VILLA IRMA was built two years ago in one-storey construction as a bungalow. All rooms have air conditioning. In front of the covered terrace is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. From the terrace you can see the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. There is a large living and dining area with fireplace and large screen for satellite TV. Next door is the large fully equipped kitchen with a solid kitchen table for 6. The hallway leads to the guest WC, master bathroom with tub and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds, one has a double bed. Wardrobes are provided in sufficient number and size. One of the bedroom leads to the second large veranda. Washing machine, kitchen electrics etc. are available. The house has Wi-Fi Internet access and also an outdoor barbeque. |
